You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

• Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

To start a return, email us at hello@playsoultrivia.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and full instructions. Please don’t send anything back without approval — it won’t be accepted.
